PEER REVIEW PROCESS
All articles are published after positive double-blind peer reviews.
After an initial assessment by the editors, the paper is sent for blind peer review to at least two reviewers (double-blind review process). The reviewers are not affiliated with the same institution as the authors. At least one of the reviewers is affiliated with an institution outside the country of the institution(s) the author(s) is (are) affiliated with. The reviewers declare there is no conflict of interest between them and the author(s). A conflict of interest exists when between the author(s) and reviewer there is:
a) a direct personal relation (kinship, legal connections, conflict).
b) professional relationship.
c) direct scientific co-operation during the last two years.
