As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been published or sent to another journal (or appropriate clarification is provided in the comments section for the editor)
  • The submission file is saved in the OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF format.
  • If available, URLs have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced, in 12-point font, with italics instead of underlining (except for URLs); illustrations, charts, and tables are inserted in the appropriate places.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.


Guidelines for Authors

  1. Articles are published free of charge.
  2. The text's length should not exceed 40,000 characters (including spaces, footnotes, and bibliography). Any deviations must be individually agreed upon with the editorial team.
  3. The text for publication should be prepared in English, either in the GB or US version consistently.
  4. The text should be submitted in A4 format, written in Times New Roman font size 12. Exceptionally, the title of the work should have a font size of 14. The manuscript should have margins of 2.5 cm each and 1.5 line spacing. The text should be justified.
  5. Acceptable text formats: *.odt, *.doc, *.docx, *.rtf (other formats possible after prior agreement with the technical editor). Acceptable graphic formats: *.eps, *.ps, *.jpeg, *.png, *.gif, *.bmp (other formats possible after prior agreement with the technical editor) with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Additionally, they should be labeled with a title and source.
  6. Cited text sources should be parenthetically cited after the quoted text.
  7. Italics should be used for Latin phrases in the text.
  8. All sources used in the work should be included in the bibliography, formatted in the Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition.
  9. The order of elements in the article: the title of the article in the original language. The title should be concise and precisely indicate the article's subject. It is advisable to include at least some keywords and proper names in the title; the title of the article in English; an abstract in English. The abstract should briefly present the article's content in as few words as possible. It should explain: a) background; b) objectives; c) methodology; d) results; e) conclusions. English keywords; the main text. The keywords or synonyms should consistently appear in the text; the bibliography attached to the article must be designated in English as References.
  10. The rules of cooperation between the author and the publishing house are specified on the publisher's website, under the "FOR AUTHORS" tab.
  11. The review process follows all confidentiality principles.
  12. The author is obliged to respond to the reviewer's critical comments. Arguments must be decisive and clear.
  13. The article will be published after obtaining 2/2 positive reviews.
  14. The author must provide a statement confirming that the submitted work is his own original creation.
  15. The author will be notified of the article's acceptance for review by email.
  16. Texts that do not meet the specified requirements will be returned to the author.
