Submissions

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Information for Authors

  1. All articles published in the Series are peer-reviewed.
  2. The Authors will be informed of the acceptance of the text for review by an e-mail sent to the e-mail address they have indicated.
  3. Texts should be submitted in the Word document format. Maximum length of a text: a) article – 15 pages, b) review, report – 4 pages
  4. Detailed information on text formatting and the preparation of footnotes and bibliographies can be found on the journal page under guidelines for printing.
  5. Texts that do not meet these standards will be returned to the Authors.
  6. The text must be accompanied by a title in English and Polish and an abstract in Polish, German and English (up to 8 lines for each language). Also include 4-5 keywords in all three languages.
  7. The publisher reserves the right to make editorial corrections to texts.
  8. Authors are obliged to carry out author’s corrections within a specified period from the date of receipt.
  9. After publishing an article, the Author receives one copy of the journal “Prace Germanistyczne / Germanistische Werkstatt” free of charge.
