Starting from 1 October 2022, the journal Opolskie Studia Administracyjno - Prawne received funding under the programme "Development of scientific journals", announced by the regulation of the Minister of Education and Science of 3 August 2021 on the programme "Development of scientific journals" (Journal of Laws 2021, item 1514).

As part of the programme, we are implementing a journal development strategy with three pillars:

• Dissemination of the journal in the international publishing and community space;
• Strengthening the digitalisation of the journal;
• Substantive and pro-quality development of the journal.

The OSAP is an academic legal journal with a focus on intersections between law, public administration, policy, and management. The journal is open to authors representing a variety of methodological and disciplinary approaches to legal and administrative research.
