THE MOST IMPORTANT CONDITIONING OF BALANCED SCORECARD IMPLEMENTATION IN THE CITY

Abstract

Balanced Scorecard (abbreviation: BSC) is a tool which help translating mission, vision, strategy and strategie goals into set ofindividual operational goals and measures, which are understandable for employees of every single level of organisation, this is also defined strategy realization monitoring. For continuous improvement of public services ąuality such solution could be implemented in many cities. For
thisreason it is valid to presentsome ofthe most important conditioning ofBalanced Scorecard implementation. This article goal isto present essence and role of process management in city government which is then basis of Balanced Scorecard model implementation effectiveness. Moreover, this article presents structure of containments which exists in every individual perspectives of Balance Scorecard.
