Participation in Opole agglomeration is voluntary, and the cooperation of local governments is a versatile of improving the quality of life of its inhabitants. The potential socio-demographic cities met the criteria but noticeable agglomeration is the type of demographic stagnation. However, the economic potential is characterized by a predominance of small and medium-sized business most of the private sector operating in the broadly defined services.
