Abstract

The article reviews the main externalities for the projects referring to management of cultural heritage objects (CHO) in urban areas. This article presents the results of research in the area of these projects identified in lower Silesia region, for the financing of which their beneficiaries were applying to EU funds and EEA and Norway Grants. The study focuses on two groups of effects: economic and socio-environmental.
