Legal liability of broadcasters for hate speech

Abstract

Programmes or other broadcasts may not promote actions contrary to law, in particular, they may not include contents inciting to hatred. The Act on Broadcasting Corporation and Television contains also regulations about financial penalties imposed on broadcasters by The Chairman of the National Broadcasting Council.
