Abstract

The article deals with the question of the minorities' rights, which are determined and guarded by international acts. Its importance is also considered and stressed in the Church's teaching about national, ethnical, cultural and confessional minorities. The Church takes care of various minorities and educates to respect them. The understanding and practical appliance of minorities' rights can be useful on the field of regulations in the case of mixed marriages. Despite of this the most important thing in the martial life of woman and man who belong to different Christian confessions is however respectful and mature approach, which considers the dignity of each human person.
