Abstract

The calling of every person is to make the most of their life to make it happy. However, the concept of “happiness” is interpreted differently. For a believer, being happy means
being close to Christ and His teachings, and in the future achieving holiness. The pursuit of holiness is realized on many levels. One of them is the path of the priestly vocation, which can be implemented not only by serving other people by transmitting the kerygma of faith
and administering the sacraments, but also by reaching out to a specific person, noticing his private and social needs, which was undoubtedly implemented on a daily basis by Fr Tadeusz Pieczko. The article presents the biography, activities and spiritual profile of this priest.
