Abstract

In the moment of creation by God, the human is given soul, the mind, the free will and the ability to perceive and create beauty to praise the Lord. A special role during this process is assigned to music, especially to the organ, which has been present in the liturgy of the church for hundreds of years. It is quite often that instruments by their shape and kind are expressing what the soul cannot. Thanks to organ music which accompanies the singing of the people attending the service, all believers are participating in the hymn of praising the Lord. Issues are taken from the historical side, presenting events concerning this parish’s instruments with a short presentation about the history of the places and the churches.
