The author compares parodying stylization in satiric novels of 19-Century Russian writer M. Sahykow-Szczerdin and postmodernist S. Sokolow. The paper indicates the differences (the former writer refers to the lexical and syntactical means of one source, the latter - contaminates many sources) and a continuation (Sokolow presents higher creativity of the same means as Sahykow-Szczerdin but on the border of artistic risk).
