Abstract

Style of а given text is not created in the text so much as actualized in it in agreement with the ethnically determined potencies of the language. Potencies of style of particular languages and various subsystems (levels) of one language are specific and very manifold. Тhе author illustrates this thesis, presenting the typology of single sentence (simple clause) structures in the current Russian language.
