Résumé

The aim of this paper is to present main language characteristics of legal texts in Macedonian language. There were two groups of legal texts analysed: 1) from 1945 till 1991 and 2) from 1991 till present. Different language characteristics were taken into consideration. One of them was cliche shown on varied language levels.
