The Illness of Helena Hoffmann Based on the Opinion of the Doctors

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to trace Helena Hoffmann’s illness and establish the personal details of the doctors who helped her in the years from 1928 to 1936. Her disease status was examined by: laryngologist Georg Krischke, head physician Karl Stefan Klein, GP Artur Pusch, neuropathologist, radiologist and electrodiagnostic professor Ludwig Mann, GP Gustav Skrobek, doctor Else Kalinke, radiologist and oncologist professor Paul Lazarus, specialist in tuberculosis treatment and applications diet in surgery professor Adolf Herrmannsdorfer, ophthalmologist Adalbert Richter, laryngologist Mieczysław Karol Stawiński and ophthalmologist Stanisław
