Since the beginning ofthe century Poland is becoming an emerging market for BPO and Shared Service Centers. Those kinds of higher order services may be an important chance to develop economic potential of the country, as well as its main cities. The paper shows some up to datę Information about service centers in the context of human resources in the biggest cities of Poland. Basing upon those data, some predictions about futurę investment decisions are madę. Current State of the global economy is also taken into consideration. The results show that, despite the downturn in many countries and sectors, service centers in Poland may still be growing.
