Abstract

Cathedral Church. Legal and theological aspects

The aim of the article is to present legal and theological aspects of the cathedral church. The first part depicts the concept and meaning of the cathedral church. The second elaborates on the problems of furnishing and equipping of the cathedral church, and the third part is dedicated to the diocesan bishop's relationship with his cathedral church. The article ends with a summary and references.
