How to be a woman? Creation of stereotypes and models of the female behaviours in reality shows

Abstract

The author in this text try introduce closer general issues of shaping stereotypes about
women in reality shows. It also wants to focus on the creation of models of the female
behaviour, which are like a classic label attached to all woman. In her work, the author
is focusing on the programms that usually put women in a negative light describing the
phenomenon of objectification and treating women as goods for sale. In order to show
contrast, two extreme models of women collide with each other. A traditional woman,living in the spirit of conservative values, stands next to a modern, liberated woman. In addition, paper pays attention to the exposure of female defects in a programs that are
watched by millions of people across Poland.
